Dr. Hwang offers ophthalmic reconstructive and cosmetic procedures of the eyelids, orbit and face, cataract extractions, and general ophthalmological eye care. He also offers Botox treatment, laser and chemical skin resurfacing and Restylane dermal filler.

Dr. Heene earned her Doctorate in 2003 from Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. Heene is able to diagnose, treat, and manage eye diseases with over a decade of working in medical eye care in ophthalmology settings. She also has extensive experience in contact lenses, including specialty lenses to treat keratoconus and other corneal conditions. By evaluating the eyes as an indicator of overall health, she hopes to not only improve and preserve sight but to improve overall quality of life for her patients. She is originally from Texas but much prefers the beautiful California outdoors. Her free time is devoted to her two young boys and husband, typically enjoying a beautiful beach somewhere.
Dr. Chi earned her optometry degree from Western University College of Optometry in 2014. Dr. Chi had the privilege of spending her first 2 years out of optometry school in the Indian Health Service through which she gained invaluable experience in diagnosing and treating eye diseases. Now, as part of Muir Ophthalmology, Dr. Chi strives to utilize her knowledge and skills to provide her patients with the best in optometric care. Outside of optometry, Dr. Chi loves to be outdoors hiking and enjoys leading her energetic church youth group alongside her husband.
Dr. Meng Lee is a glaucoma certified optometrist trained to detect and manage macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, child vision development issues, and other eye diseases. He earned his Optometric Doctorate from The New England College of Optometry in 2008 and went on to complete an ocular disease residency through the VA Hospital in Boston. Dr. Lee can provide general eye and contact lens examinations to patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. He was raised in the Bay Area and enjoys practicing in the East Bay. Most importantly, Dr. Lee tries to spend his free time with his wife and three young children.
Dr. Jennifer Parks earned her optometry degree from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2016, after which she completed a year-long residency specializing in ocular disease at the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Fresno, CA. Dr. Parks is experienced in diagnosing and treating diseases of the eye affecting all ages and is a passionate advocate of preventative healthcare. She is originally from the Bay Area and enjoys exploring the beautiful California coastline in her spare time.
